Refund Policy
Last updated October 2026.
Before work starts
Work begins only after you approve a written scope. If you cancel before that, there is nothing to refund.
If something is not right
Tell Birch Lantern Chimney Repair Specialists as soon as possible. We will look at the issue and agree a fair fix with you in writing.
Tell us the town and what you see.
We call back to set a time.
